GES Schedules New Date For The Training Of JHS Teachers On CCP Curriculum

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has issued new dates for the training of teachers at the Junior High Schools (JHS) on the Common Core Program (CCP) Curriculum.

According to the GES, the new dates shall be from Monday, January 11 to Friday, January 15, 2021.

Earlier Notice

The GES in a letter dated December 29, 2020, to all regional education directorates, has indicated that the training is expected to take place from Monday, January 4, 2020, to Monday, January 11, 2021.

Venues

The GES said, that the venues for the district level training should be determined by the Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Education Directorates.

COVID-19 Protocols

All regionals and district education directorates are expected to ensure strict adherence to COVID-19 Protocols during the training.

Residence

The GES added, that the training workshop shall be non-residential.
